If you are going to include the latest master up to the visual-factorint, there is a critical fix on issue 1828 that
prevents sympy from working in python2.4/2.5.

How could we doctest something that relies on numpy and have it not fail if numpy is not installed? Is there a
doctest directive to skip the whole docstring?
