symbol 'C' is used together with a local dictionary

You can override it the normal way:
In [6]: C = Symbol('C')
In [8]: C*2
Out[8]: 2⋅C
Should we fix this to return a Symbol? I though sympify was supposed to
recognize things already in the
namespace, so for example, S("pi") will return the number, not the Symbol.
