Comment #5 on issue 1276 by smichr: solve(-1 + x**2 + 0.111111111111111*(1.00000000000000 + 2.00000000000000*x)**2,x) fails

In 1766 it works like this:

solve(-1 + x**2 + 0.111111111111111*(1.00000000000000 + 2.00000000000000*x)**2,x)
[-111111111111111/722222222222222 -
5333333333333332000000000000000**(1/2)/2888888888888888,
-111111111111111/722222222222222 +
5333333333333332000000000000000**(1/2)/2888888888888888]

But if you want a sensible replacement for the floats, the new Rational behavior
there allows you to do this:

solve(Rational('-1 + x**2 + 0.111111111111111*(1.00000000000000 +
2.00000000000000*x)**2'),x)
[-2/13 - 6*3**(1/2)/13, -2/13 + 6*3**(1/2)/13]
