Unless there is a good reason for defining them in some way, maybe we should just make Nand and Nor raise
when given more than 2 arguments.

Also, I tend to find the test files cleaner when they have symbols all defined at the top, except for when they have assumptions, in which case it is much less confusing to have them in the function where you can
immediately see that.
