zero(), zeronm() (both methods of Matrix and functions), and one() all
raise deprecation warnings, and have since commit 0c0e5d17 dated July 31,
2008 (first part of version 0.6.2). I think it's high time we just remove
them already. Unless there is opposition, I will include a commit to such
effect in my integration3 branch with the rest of my work.
