cancel() will get 'deep' option in near future, because it will be turned
into simplification function (together() + symbolic-algebraic reduction of
the total degree).
factor() will probably also get 'deep' option, because it also goes towards
simplification functions (it happens that it almost implements together()
after recent developments on symbolic factorization).
