Comment #4 on issue 1999 by smichr: Integral(0, ...) and Integral(..., (x,
foo, foo)) should autosimplify to 0

When the user uses Derivative and Integral rather than diff and integrate
that implicitly means they don't want the object evaluated. I will look
into seeing if any smarter evaluation in doit can be done.
