Nocolas, can you figure out how to modify 1923 so that And(x, y) gives back a count of 1 (like it did in master) instead of 2. In master (AFAICT) it goes to function's version first whereas in 1923 it goes to expr's version of count_ops. I tried subclassing count_ops in Logic, but that didn't work. I'm stuck.
