I've rebased this on the current master. All tests (except failing
secondquant doctests, which has a fix in process) pass. It is built on top
of pull requests 23, 65, and 44. I doubt that this will make it into 0.7
-- I think polys12 is going to affect what can be done in the solver and
there are a lot of lines to review -- but if people could start giving
feedback I'll keep making mods and hope to get this into 0.7.1.
Besides being more robust for the single equations and checking solutions
and not getting tripped up by fractions, the guess_solve_strategy has also
been dropped.
Should I put this into pull requests -- not to pressure the 0.7 process,
but just to have it there so comments can be made there?
