2173: tan and cot leading terms fixed
The leading term for tan and cot were being returned as 1 instead
of x
and 1/x, respectively.
tests were added
the incidental issue (that led to an infinite recursion) was checked
to see that it computed:
>>> limit(tan(x)**(-1/x),x,0)
oo
This has been added to [ https://github.com/sympy/sympy/pull/61 ] as the
commit title starting with number 2173.
