I though I had already made this issue, but I can't find it anywhere. If I
really did, please merge the two.
We *really* need to document what our various assumptions mean. There are
tons of confusions through the issues and elsewhere because of confusion as
to what exactly things like is_complex, is_bounded, is_number, and
is_finite mean.
I think these should be as docstrings to the Q.assumption objects, if that
is possible.
