Sympy only handles 1-D integrals numerically. The underlying mpmath
functions can also handle 2 and 3 dimensional integrals.
Is it merely a matter of enhancing do_integral in evalf.py to handle more
dimensions, or are there more complex issues involved? (A simple hack to
handle 2-d integration seems to work)
