Not only that, but there would be an inconsistency for nested Tuples:
Tuple((1, 2, 3)) (i.e., Tuple(tuple([1, 2, 3])))
Tuple(1, 2, 3)
Tuple(Tuple(1, 2, 3))
Tuple(1, 2, 3) or Tuple(Tuple(1, 2, 3)) ???
If we can make the invariant work, then I would be +1 to make the syntax
Tuple(args) rather than Tuple(*args).
