I guess this happens because the Lambdas have a different hash:

In [1]: Lambda(x, 2*x) == Lambda(x, 2*x)
Out[1]: True

In [2]: hash(Lambda(x, 2*x)) == hash(Lambda(x, 2*x))
Out[2]: False
