New issue 2496 by asmeurer: Should mpmath use the polys ground types?

Like the polys, if gmpy is installed, mpmath will automatically take
advantage of it. See mpmath/libmp/backend.py
Should we make this respect the polys ground types, so that if the polys
are set to use python types manually, so is mpmath?
