Aaand this is in (thanks Ronan!) and it had the desired effect: the server
doesn't swap anymore (even at it's highest we have ~50 MB free) and the
tests run at under 10 mins.
Closing. (I've also added it to the next milestone so we remember to write
about it in the release notes)
