New issue 2632 by asmeurer: Add isympy -c ipython-qtconsole

You can open the IPython qtconsole with a sympy session by typing "IPython
qtconsole --profile=sympy", but you should also be able to do it by
typing "isympy -c ipython-qtconsole". Unlike the former, the latter should
perhaps not rely on IPython's built-in sympy profile to work.
