Is this still relevant? We now have a better (canonical) ordering on args so this should be consistent everywhere. Comparing which match is better objectively is a bit beyond us, I think? Still, if someone thinks that's important, a new issue should be created (or this one reopened and renamed). For the moment, I'm closing this as Fixed.
