Here is another place where stable, alternate representations give different results:

n=t
d=t-1
(n/d).subs(t,1)
oo
(-n/-d).subs(t,1)
-oo
n/d == -n/-d, n/d, -n/-d
(False, t/(t - 1), -t/(-t + 1))
