That the code of "test_meijerg_shift_operators" is not changed in this branch [1]. Moreover, even the comment about possible failures present both in master and [1]: "XXX this still fails sometimes".

There is two variants: It seems that the probability is small for this failure. I can't find the random seed value to catch this failure (15 attempts). Or the failure is suppressed in gsoc-3 now, somewhere out from this test function.

So I conclude that Tom know about the status of it and about comment string pointed above more better.
