Where's the options manager discussion to merge this into. (This is a
sympy-wide phenomena for any routine that allows kwargs.) I took off the
EasyToFix label since this shouldn't be handled in a trivial way here
without doing so everywhere that similar processing occurs. And getting a
manager that works easily for any routine -- and getting community support
-- is not an easy thing. See https://github.com/sympy/sympy/pull/773 for my
latest attempt. Maybe someone can get the best of what I had and what is
present in polys available for general use. I think that would be a good
thing.
