The docstring fully reflects the current state.
I an running the tests now to finish review.
And,
Only one thing which I can't understand since now, why we based on
"(this is consistent with Python's float)." and treated ``0**0``,
``1**oo``, and ``oo**0` as 1.
In SymPy we have have the global assumption that we work with extended
complex by default.
It is not the question of this issue, although.
