The PR was merged (as #1607). Not all these issues were fixed, though:
Replace risch_integrate() with integrate(risch=True). This should be done
before any release.
Create NonElementaryIntegral subclass of Integral.
Merge test_failing_integrals.py with test_integrals.py.
Remove poly_heurisch.py.
Call apart() in ratint() (issue 1280).
Do something about non-determinism. Some tests were XFAILed because of this.
Fix the @slow vs skip in test_heurisch.py.
Make sure everything in this and all blocking issues is addressed.
