How long does it take to develop all the inferences on a single assumption (for example, after assuming x is positive, determine that it is real)? Does this happen at assume time or ask time? I think this going to be more of a bottleneck than complex assumptions, especially if it happens at assume time. Fortunately, it's pretty easy to cache that kind of stuff.
