Comment #2 on issue 3448 by smi...@gmail.com: PolynomialError when solving inequality
http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/detail?id=3448

Now,

solve(x/(1 + x)>Rational(1,2), x)
And(Or(1 < re(x), re(x) < -1), im(x) == 0)
solve(x/(1 + x)>eps, x)
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
  File "sympy\solvers\solvers.py", line 671, in solve
    symbols=symbols)
  File "sympy\solvers\inequalities.py", line 405, in reduce_inequalities
    "only univariate inequalities are supported")
NotImplementedError: only univariate inequalities are supported

So I will leave this open since the non-univariate case doesn't work.
