Sir can you please tell me what exactly we want to achieve here? For
example arg(3+2*I)already returns atan(2/3) and to get its numeric value we
can simply invoke atan(2/3).evalf()and one more question I have looked at
other rewrite method they work only when value returned is their container
class for example exp(2).rewrite(sin) returns sinh(2)+cosh(2) but
exp(1).rewrite(sin) gives E which should be sinh(1)+cosh(1) but in this
case returned value is not the container class so what should rewrite do.
