This will have significant consequences since no log presently remains a
2-arg log. So, for example, the solver may fail for this
solve(log(c,b)-log(a,b)-3, b)
[c**(1/3)/a**(1/3)]
and I'm guessing logcombine would need to be modified, too, so
logcombine(log(3,b) + log(c,b)) would become log(3*c, b).
