Thanks for the explanation.
For now it was easiest to just implement the integration for these
problems manually, by integrating for each range and then defining the
integral from t0 to T as a piecewise function using those results.
I'd be up for trying to fix this anyway, but I see from the
documentation that the new assumption system doesn't handle relational
queries yet, so I guess this one is blocked on issue 2721.
