New issue 3924 by julien.r...@gmail.com: Evaluation of nested sums.
http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/detail?id=3924

It would be nice to return even partial results when evaluating nested sums. For example:

from sympy import init_session
init_session()
Sum(f(n)*Sum(KroneckerDelta(n, m), (m, 1, oo)), (n, 1, oo)).doit()
  oo
_____
\    `
 \            oo
  \          ___
   \         \  `
    )  f(n)*  \   d
   /          /    m,n
  /          /__,
 /          m = 1
/____,
n = 1

The inner sum could be resolved.
