New issue 3949 by matt...@gmail.com: bin/isympy -t python doesn't work anymore

Example:

$ bin/isympy -q

In [1]: ZZ.dtype
Out[1]: <function gmpy.mpz>

Exiting ...

$ bin/isympy -q -t python
IPython console for SymPy 0.7.3 (Python 2.7.2-64-bit) (ground types: gmpy)

This was broken in f7eb311b (despite comment XXX comment in isympy).
