Hi, I would be very grateful if somebody could review another bunch of patches:
o Use 'cases' environment for piecewise functions; o Fix broken formatting of Limit objects (there was a test, but it was marked as XFAIL); o Do not use power of square root as sqrt degree (this was incorrect behaviour; see http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/LaTeX/Mathematics#Roots); o Implement latex formatting of Sum objects; o Improve compatibility with itex. Tests have been added for all the changes. The patches live in the 'latex' branch on github: http://github.com/jbaayen/sympy/tree/latex Please see the commit log for more details.
