asmeurer wants someone to pull from asmeurer:doctest: This fixes the ubiquitous [issue 2041](http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/id=2041#makechanges) doctest problem by further patching our doctest runner from the Python 2.7 doctest.py file.
