I don't like that. It is basically oo - oo (if you call .doit() for example, it will be converted to nan). I think we should either special case the code to return EulerGamma, or else just raise NotImplementedError as before.

A possibility btw would be to make the limit code work with polygamma(0, x) and then use the identity summation(1/k, (k, 1, n)) == polygamma(0, n + 1) + EulerGamma. Just a though; I don't actually know enough about the Gruntz algorithm to know how to best proceed with this.
