OK, given what has been said on the comments I'm going to shift the default behavior of my branch back to Frobenius.
Given the simplicity of computing the Frobenius matrix norm I don't think a lazy Norm object is necessary. I do like this idea for the other more intense norms however. If anyone implements it please let me know. This kind of object is something I'd like to know more about. I'd be willing to help out.
