Ahh, that did it. You identified what has been bugging me about this. I've been sketching out different multisets and seeing how generating their unique partitions would look and wondering whether the implementation given should do that. In the end, I just don't know how it's suppose to be used (as I don't do this sort of thing often). I think a renaming would be good. But if someone doesn't give a set I don't suppose it should be made into a set.
