I understand what you mean. I am also filtering mailinglists using the
list-id. It's really only about personal preference. I don't mind
either,
Gael, Felix, Basti (over IRC), Mabshoff (over IRC) are all +1, you are
-1. So far.

As to lists, I am on that have this: scipy-dev, scipy-user,
sage-devel, sage-support, debian-sage, cython, enthought-dev,
abinit-forum, abinit-developer, axiom-developer, ipython-dev,
ipyton-user, libmesh-devel, libmesh-user, matplotlib-devel,
matplotlib-user, ginac-list, gmsh, pypy-dev, python-dev

so basically, all of the lists I am on have this, only debian ones,
mercurial, docutils don't.
