Do we need the "Verified" status in the issues?  It hasn't been used since 
issue 1482 (see 
http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/list?can=1&q=status:Verified&sort=-id&colspec=ID%20Type%20Status%20Priority%20Milestone%20Owner%20Summary).
  

I guess the idea behind it is to check if "Fixed" issues really worked, but it 
seems that we either don't do that, or use the "Fixed" label for it.  If there 
are no objections, I am going to remove it, because it is confusing.  

I also am going to make the description for "Fixed" a little better.  What does 
"QA" stand for anyway?
