Not that I know of, but I am sure that they can be found. If you are interested in helping with the application, you might look at http://groups.google.com/group/gsoc-veterans. It was created this year to help people who are new to the organization application process. Ondrej tells me that they are going to try to accept more smaller organizations this year. The list is invitation only, but I think if you explain that you want to help with the SymPy application, the will let you join.
