I feel like fixing the formatting of some docstrings, but there doesn't seem to be an agreement on the correct format. For example, article on wiki says that sections should be underlined (https:// github.com/sympy/sympy/wiki/Development-workflow#wiki-documentation- strings), while in pull request #517 (https://github.com/sympy/sympy/ pull/517) I read that this is not true.
Is there any reason not to use Numpy docstring format (see issue #2586)?
