Our sphinx build keeps timing out on PR 7860, see: https://travis-ci.org/sympy/sympy/jobs/65544480
The html and latex build fine locally. But on Travis there are tons of LaTeX warnings that we don't get when building locally. Anyone have any idea what is wrong?
