Hi; We are facing a very strange MPZ related error <https://github.com/afalaize/pyphs/issues/26> in the development of the pyphs package <https://github.com/afalaize/pyphs>. The problem is that the main developpers can not reproduce this error, and tests pass through Travis (linux) and AppVeyor (windows).
