SymPy itself is heavily documented. https://docs.sympy.org/latest/index.html.
Most of what SymPy Gamma does is call out to SymPy. SymPy Gamma itself is
not really documented. You will have to read the source code to understand
how it works. Note that SymPy Gamma as it is right now will likely be
phased out very soon.
