hi encoding an decoding the subject and text is done using the GetACP command, which is taking the current codepage for he conversion
the problem is when someone is using the english as default but types sth in hebrew in this case, the conversion of the hebrew is done using a bad codepage (for example iso_8859_1) the result is gibberish or "?" instead of the characters any idea?
