Hi, can anyone comment on whether the Byte Order Mark is necessary for Mime Messages? Currently mimepart.pas->TMIMEPart.EncodePart() adds the BOM to unicode messages, though the Content Type is already known. In the FAQ below (A 4), it seems to imply that the BOM is not to be used when the type of data is known: http://www.unicode.org/faq/utf_bom.html#28
