I don't think this is ready (or will ever be ready) to be included in 
synapse (its not really set up for it for starters).  It could be useful 
for some projects, but it is only a small piece of the whole 
authentication puzzle.  I'm happy to share what I've learned from the 
whole experience though - so any questions about this are welcome.

Anyway, I have made some changes to the 'ntlmmsgs' unit (and 1 or 2 
demos) - things I should have picked up in my littl' clean up - anyway, 
probably still lots of bugs to find (this is still in its infancy), but 
here is the latest snapshot of the demos anyway :)
