Yes, you are right. This behavior I based previous is based on servers with I 
work long time and which act as described, but still it is not full behavior 
defined in related latest RFCs.

I thinking in that directions as well. And one more simplicity improvement for 
HTTP here - to separate GET, PUT and HEAD on different methods, or at least 
separated functions internally - current code in THTTPSend.Methid is too 
complex!
