Sporadic problems occur with the Lynx text mode browser truncating URLs I've talked about. I suspect problem is most likely to occur on dialup or with a slow connection. I tried lynx on a unix system with a very fast connection and no problems. Could not try Synapse there because no freepascal compiler. Most other browsers and tools have no problem.
The following is a good URL to test with: http://www.ocpafl.org/pls/webappI/get_parcel_by_addr?s_num=&s_dir=&s_name=summerb&s_type=&DI_0=on&DI_1=on&DI_2=on&DI_3=on&DI_4=on&DI_5=on&DI_6=on&x=23&y=22 You might have to try it a few times to get it to fail. This is also a good site to check out how something looks on a lynx browser: http://www.delorie.com/web/lynxview.html I've gotten the truncation error this way also, but usually have to try a few times. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML.
