and the fact that the rest of the files are being transferred
correctly (without user intervention), 
means that the lost of connection is temporarily?
any idea how can i check the cause of this disconnection?
mayb from a server log? or systme log?

This is last reply from the server, and this is not error, it is 
standard server reply on the begin of data stransfer. Your connection 
is broken during transfer, so, server cannot rewrite last command 
result.
