First, I've written a couple of server apps with Synapse, but do not have
extensive experience. I am writing a side project that needs to act like a
proxy.

1. Proxy will connect to an external tcp server which feeds text based events
to
the proxy.

2. Clients connect to the proxy to receive either all or a sub-set of
"subscribed to" events being proxied.

The part that I am unsure of is the best option to take events being fed to the
proxy from the external server and distribute them efficiently to each client
connection thread efficiently and safely.

If anyone can suggest pointers or further reading I'd appreciate it. I'll be
using synapse, but am comfortable reading java, c#, etc examples.

Thanks,
