Use ResolveNameToIP like this:

procedure ResolveIPs(var ipList : TStringList)
var
  TcpSock : TTCPBlockSocket;
begin
  TcpSock := TTCPBlockSocket.create;
  TcpSock.ResolveNameToIP(TcpSock.LocalName, ipList);
  TcpSock.Free();
end;
